LET'S GET IT TOGETHER AND BREATH....
So, here we are again . . .Threatening to stay home all weekend to deal with the mess. You just picked up the kitchen counter, but now the dining room table is a mess. You picked up the family room, but now your master bedroom is a disaster area. Let's not even open the door to the guest bedroom. There are piles of paper everywhere. It feels like you move piles from one room to the next. Whether it's clothes, toys, paper, books, magazines, pictures or electronic equipment, you can never find anything. This causes you to have doubles of everything. You can’t fit what you have in the closets and cabinets nevermind doubles of everything. You feel like you have no control over what is happening in your home and your about to bust at the seams.
What usually happens is what I call "The Blame Game". It's always easier to blame the other person. If you live alone, you can’t help but wonder how you let it get this far. You shout your place is too small and if you just had another room your problems would be solved. You try to start, but get so overwhelmed with the whole process you don’t do anything at all.
These are all normal behavior and feelings to have about getting started. You don’t want to ask a parent, sibling, or friend because your embarrassed of what they might think of you.
This is where I come in to help.
I am completely none judgmental and want you to feel comfortable and in control in your own home. I will not stand over you and deligate work or make you give up what you feel is important. I will get in and go through it with you. I will show you ways to purge and organize daily life.
If your home is clear and organized, so is your mind.
If you are intersted in a consultation e-mail me at Indigoravenraven@hotmail.com with a subject line of MotherClutter. The 2-hour consultation is always FREE!
